Hermosa Beach is a beachfront city nestled in between Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach. With roughly 1.8 miles of coastline, the city is popular for sunbathing, beach volleyball, surfing, paddle boarding, bars, running and cycling.

Hermosa’s average temperature is 70 °F (22 °C) in the summer and 55 °F (13 °C) in the winter. Westerly sea breezes lessen the high summertime temperature and help keep the smog away year round.

Homes range from cozy beach cottages to larger estate-size homes on the Stand. There are three distinct sections; The Sand Section, East Hermosa and the Valley Section.
